How long will it take?
We pride ourselves on our turnaround design service. We aim to have first logo designs to you within 3 days and final logo artwork deliver in a maximum of 5 working days from sign off.
Will my logo be unique?
Yes. We do not have a stock of off the shelf designs. Our designers work with you to understand your business and produce a unique design.
Your order form is very detailed.– Do I need to fill in everything?
The order form you complete is our window into your company and we freely admit it is detailed. We like to understand your company, your competitive landscape and your requirements. We trust you will take the time to complete the questions, in as much detail as possible, as it is an invaluable aid to our design team. We like to ask the questions at the start, as it is the best way of ensuring we deliver to your design brief.
Who owns the copyright?
Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork becomes the property of the customer upon payment of all fees. We retain the right to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials.
We retain ownership of all concepts or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery.

Who/what is PaySystems?
Our credit card clearing partner is PaySystems. When the consumer cardholder receives their statement, the name PaySystems.com will appear next to the purchase charge, along with the PaySystems toll-free cardholder support center telephone number (US Only). This is standard for the PaySystems service and should not be a cause of concern.
