We try to ensure our order process is as straightforward as possible. The Internet to us is simply a fast track delivery medium. 1) The details you send us in the order form will never be divulged to any party outside of ArteLogo. We will sign a Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement if this is your request.

2) We use PaySystems (www.paysystems.com) for all the credit card transactions.
PaySystems have been in the business since 1995 and use extensive fraud avoidance methods to ensure credit card integrity. We completed extensive research into the companies in this market and found PaySystems to be the best.

3) Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork becomes the property of the customer upon payment of all fees. We can never use that design again. We retain the right to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials.

4) We can discuss the final artwork directly with your printing company, if this is your wish. Although, the artwork formats we provide will satisfy all printers, we will make ourselves available, if this is your request.
